Situation
A US software company did not have European sales distribution and could not afford to set up offices in Europe

The client was seeking a European sales distribution strategy and channel implementation for its enterprise level software products
Solution Provided
Developed a complete distributor strategy and support strategy for US products into Europe. Identified over 50 potential value add distributors with appropriate market presence and expertise. Developed an agreement template and approached potential partners all over Europe and South America with business partnership proposals and product/pricing portfolios - operating on a contract basis without the need to set up a European office. Outcome was a network of distributors in place within four months and a sales and support strategy which connected them direct to US for ongoing business.
